Return & Refund Policy
Have you received a defective item, changed your mind, or did the product not meet your expectations? No problem.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
You have 14 days to start the return procedure. To do so, you need to take three steps:
1) Read the information below to check whether you qualify for a refund.
2) Contact us.

3) Receive the shipping label and return form from us.
NOTE: Do NOT proceed with returning the product without first contacting us and receiving the shipping label and return form from us.
NOTE: Do NOT return the product to the listed company address, as this is our head office and we do not receive packages there. Please also note that the sender’s address is NOT our warehouse for receiving parcels, and we cannot accept packages at that location.
NOTE: Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.
Please review the sections below to determine whether you qualify for a refund. Once your claim has been approved, we will ask you to return the items to one of our shipping locations. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?
We make sure that every product is shipped in well-protected packaging. Still, these things can sometimes happen. We are happy to refund or replace any defective or damaged item if the defect is clearly identified upon arrival. If the item is defective or damaged when you receive it, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements for damaged goods will not be issued if the issue is not reported within 5 days after the product has been delivered to you. We ask you to provide photos and videos, if applicable, to help us assess the issue and ensure we can prevent it in the future. We will then provide you with return instructions. Depending on the damage, we will either send you a replacement product or refund the full purchase amount. The item must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. If you return the item, it must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Refunds for defective or damaged goods will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
The Customer may return Products that were received in a defective or damaged condition, except where caused by the Customer, within 30 days of delivery. The Company will replace the Products or provide the Customer with a partial or full refund. Any defects or product quality issues that arise or are reported after 30 days will be handled in accordance with our general terms and conditions and the applicable consumer protection laws.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 14-day hassle-free refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt. However, as these are food products and for hygiene and safety reasons, returns are only accepted if the Products are unopened and returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, the purchase amount, including any original shipping costs, will be processed and automatically refunded to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days after confirmation of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected in your account.
You may return Products that are not defective or damaged, but only if the Products are clean, unused, in a strictly unopened original outer packaging, and in their original condition. The Products must be accepted by the Company, at its sole discretion, as suitable for resale, and must not have been resold by the Customer. Such Products may be returned within 30 days of the Customer’s original purchase, and the Company may then offer the Customer an exchange, a full refund, or a partial refund.
We only accept returns from the person who originally purchased the item. We cannot accept returns from anyone else, even if they received the item as a gift.
NON-REFUNDABLE
We reserve the right not to issue a refund to a customer if:
- the customer has damaged or altered the Product by using it themselves or by allowing someone else to do so, although the customer may still be entitled to a replacement or partial refund
- the item is not in its original packaging or original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not attributable to us
- the item is returned more than 14 days after delivery
SHIPPING COSTS
It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you largely depends on your location. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning a product. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item or items in the condition in which you sent them.
