Description
Pure Bali Cacao 250g Diamonds
Our 100% pure Bali cacao is available in practical diamond-shaped pieces of approximately 7 grams each. This shape makes it easy to portion your cacao and helps preserve its flavour and aroma at their best. Ideal for those who enjoy cacao regularly, work with cacao, or love sharing special moments.
For thousands of years, cacao was prepared as a drink. Melaya brings that way of drinking back in its simplest form: pure cacao, melted in water or milk. A natural place alongside coffee and tea.
A drink that is both rich in flavour and nourishing.
Smile wrinkles are proof of a fulfilled life that includes lots of chocolate.
The cacao is made from Trinitario beans from West Bali, grown in volcanic soil and processed into pure drinkable cacao without additives. Its naturally high cocoa butter content provides a creamy texture and a full, smooth flavour.
